Taye Adeniyi
Born with innate creative flair and a passion for designs - Taye, as a child, would draw pictures, paint them and make up stories about these drawings. She would then design clothes for the characters in her drawing (and stories) and dress them up accordingly. The use of colours in her designs were purposeful, each had their meanings - representing emotions, moods, festivities etc.
Over the years, she became more inclined to fashion drawing and creative designs, so much so that any piece of paper or napkins around her became a canvass for the designs that popped into her head. Whilst pursing an active career in information technology, she found time to design clothes for herself and family. She soon became accustomed to receiving compliments on her clothes whilst some joked that she was in the wrong profession and that "Fashion" is her true career... she often thought to herself..."someday this would be".... and well… the time is here. |
